TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Above rates are valid from May 15, 2008 - September 30, 2008
- Above rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Above rates are based on Single/ twin sharing accomodation
- Rates are inclusive of American set breakfast for two (2)
- Special rate for extra bed is inclusive of American Set Breakfast
- Prices exclude airline ticket, terminal fees, environmental tax, airport/security/government taxes and all other expenses of a personal narure (e.g. tips, porterages)
- The resort will provide one (1) complimentary room for every 15 paying rooms per group booking. Complimentary accomodations are limited to two (2) rooms for any one group.
- One (1) child below twelve (12) years old sharing same room with two (2) adults without extra bed is free of charge on accomodation only. Only one (1) child free of charge on accomodation per room will be allowed.
- All reservations, revisions and cancellations must be made in writing duly acknowledge by the resort
- NO REFUNDS for early check-out/unused rooms, cancellations made three (3) days prior to arrival, finalized bookings, and/or in case the guest does not show up on the date of expected arrival at the resort. ALL REFUNDS will be credited to agent's next booking
- Any cancellations made due to weather or occurences beyond resort's control is non-refundable (i.e. natural disasters, airline strikes, weather conditions, etc.)
- Boracay Gold Crowne Club shall not be held liable for any injury or accident arising out transport operators (land and sea transfers/island tour/airlines/shipping lines.)
